For cancellations of reservations for "Seigaiha," the following cancellation fees will apply.

We kindly ask for your understanding that this covers the costs of sourcing ingredients, preparation, etc.

24 hours prior: 100% of the reservation fee

48 hours prior: 50% of the booking fee

*Cancellation fees will be calculated based on the price of the reserved meal and the private room charge.

*For reservations that only include seating, a cancellation fee will be charged based on the minimum price of the meal for the reserved time slot, multiplied by the number of people in your reservation.

*The same applies to reductions in the number of people without prior notification.

*Please do not hesitate to contact us if the reason is due to a natural disaster or other force majeure event.

*Cancellations of reservations made through travel agencies will be handled according to the cancellation policy set by that travel agency.
